Nelson Cordeiro

Heads Business Development; Strategic HR and HR Advisory, Leadership Development, Coaching and AssessmentsFacet5 & 360 degree feedback , Assessments and Coaching.

With around 20 years of experience in Sales, HR, Entrepreneurship,  he comes with a strong business experience in Indian & Global– small, medium and large corporates. He is passionately involved with his clients to bring in best consulting solutions to improve people productivity. He has worked in leadership positions in NIIT, ITW, GE, Tata Group & Thomson Reuters. He has developed HR interventions for global companies. Nelson is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur & XIM Mumbai.

Shilpa Kumbera

Heads Recruitment, HR process Improvements, HR Operations & compliances.

With extensive experience in the Human Resources function- Shilpa has created and implemented world class policies and HR practices in global organisations.

She specialises in the areas of HR Policies , Processes, Comp & Ben and has advised senior management of corporates. She worked in senior positions with global organisations Sony, Ness , Tata Group and BPL.. Shilpa is a Post Graduate in management from Mount Carmel Bangalore.
