A Indian based MNC was going through difficult business situation in one of their business unit. Senior Management was contemplating to restructure the business group, the morale of employees was down which lead to significant talent leaving for competitors.
Added with this we had 50+ leads, managers and senior managers some of whom were energetic and positively hopeful that the business could be turned around and few of them were negatively living their lives in the business which lead to rumours, gossips and negativity which further damaged business units.
